Combox Value Select Than Change In Checkboxlist Items change

I Wan Try This

i Will Select Regno :-1 Than checkboxlist add Advance Amount

i Will Select Regno :-2 Than checkboxlist add Due Amount 

But i will remve Regno :-1 than checkboxlist remaove Advance Amount

I Will Select 1,or 2 value bhot add 

value 1 data show only not 1 or 2
