creat a DB and 2 tables 

TBL1 will have extract from DB1 and 
 T.objectID = C.ObjectID 

 

you may need to add the schema as well

 

now you have the 2 Metadata extraction into tbl1 and tbl2

use a INNER JOIN , JEFT JOIN and RIGHT JOIN between the 2 tables and find the diferences

You can check if you have linked server setup between the servers, and then you can run the compare. There are tools like RedGate where you can connect both the servers and choose the database to compare the objects.
