Compare two list with multiple columns

Any one pls tell me how to compare two list with multiple columns List one columns Code,type List two columns Code,type I need to compare two list list one code and list two code same way for type of any mismatch I need to show the difference

if it is just two properties then each object in .net provides Equal method, you can override tis method for your object and put the equal algorithm.. just an e.g. for you
public class obj
{
public string type { get; set; }
public string code { get; set; }
public override bool Equals(object o)
{
var obj1 = (obj)o;
return string.Equals((this.type == obj1.type && this.code == obj1.cod), StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase);
}
}
now you can always use like obj.Equal(newobj); which will compare type and code..

Try This :

List> ListFirst = new List>();
            ListFirst.Add(new Tuple("A", 1));
            ListFirst.Add(new Tuple("B", 2));
            ListFirst.Add(new Tuple("C", 3));

            List> ListTwo = new List>();
            ListTwo.Add(new Tuple("D", 4));
            ListTwo.Add(new Tuple("E", 5));
            ListTwo.Add(new Tuple("C", 3));
            List> firstNotSecond = ListFirst.Except(ListTwo).ToList();
            List> secondNotSecond = ListTwo.Except(ListFirst).ToList();

You can compare in different ways
1- use for loops
2- linq
3- lambda expression

I submit two examples bellow
class list1{
        public int TypeID { get; set; }
        public string code { get; set; }
    }

    class list2
    {
        public int ID { get; set; }
        public string code { get; set; }
    }

    {
        List l1 = new List();
        List l2 = new List();
    list1 obj1 = new list1();

    l1.add(obj1);

    lobj1.ID = 1;

    l2.add(lobj1);
        var result = from first in l1
