Completed b.tech 2012. How to get job?

Percentage is not a barrier for getting a job in Software Development industry. Though few enterprises has fixed this kind of standards with educational gap, education board, university and institutions. But, once you get some experience, very few are left with their standards as many of them started to giving you opportunity based on your experience and skill.

Now, coming to the job hunting point. Sandeep has given good suggestions. 

But, keep in mind that references not work always. There are companies who pay referral amount to their employees if they hire from references. You can think, if a companies get its employees from current employee and also paying them some money then what is the use of recruitment division ? So, some companies or HR person prefer other candidates than referral and keep it as last option.

As suggested by Sandeep, start touching technology from practical aspect with understanding and build a confidence. Once, you get the chance to demonstrate your skill be in confidence while answering.

1. uploaded update cv on job portals.
2. Give the interview where need of traniees
3. Contact to consulties which conduct interview in IT companies
4. Use your social network to search a job
5. Send resume using your references
6. make a list of IT companise in your city and drop a hard copy of resume on each company HR
 desk.
7. Go to career link of IT comapnies and palcement againces website and upload your updated resume.
