Compress and uncompressed video size

I need to give an upload video feature in my project. In which to save server i need to compress the video file size before saving it into server.

Am using MVC C# for giving this functionality.

Kindly help with some recommendation as its an urgent requirement.

I tried to search a lot but didn't found anything usefull.
