Hello

I have seen ur screenshot , you have used system.configuration , so thats not the issue

But still you can try below solutions :

1 - Restart visual studio than , clean and rebuild solution

2 - You can use namespace like :
using System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager;
3 - Go to reference folder and check that dll found for Configuration reference or not
and if not that go right click on project -> references -> add reference -> system.configuration

add the reference to the assembly System.Configuration.dll , by right-clicking on the References tab, choose add reference and then find System.Configuration
