Connecting with oracle without any dll reference

Now i am trying to ASP.NET wiht oracle using oracle provider for oledb.I am using below connection string in web.config

 

 

using System.Data.OleDb;

namespace Test.Models

{

public class BaseDAL

{

string ConnectionString = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["Oracledb"].ToString();

public int Testoracle()

{

{

OleDbConnection myConnection = new OleDbConnection(ConnectionString);

myConnection.Open();

return recCount;

}

catch (Exception ex)

{

throw ex;

}

finally

{

}

}

}

}

 

when i debug the above code it is showing error message "System.InvalidOperationException: The 'OraOLEDB.Oracle' provider is not registered on the local machine" . and connection is not established.But above dll is in my machine.

In this Link they are adding and referencing the "Oracle.DataAccess.dll."

 

Is it possible to connect with oracle without adding any reference DLL.?
