How can be connect my program it contain a simple form option field and this field data save in a particular table ?

First you establish the connection with the database with SqlConnection scon= new SqlConnection("ServerName= UserName=;pwd=;Database="); with the help of this connection you can access the database that you had created. also from DML statements you can use any table for Insert,Update,Delete, and Select for respective operation
