I need instruction to add the volley library in android studio.

My android studio version is 3.1 canary .

It is very simple. Simply follow the steps below.
Open your App level app.gradle file and add the following line in dependencies block of the file.
dependencies {
//... Other Libraries
compile 'com.android.volley:volley:1.0.0'
//...
}
Then "Sync Now" and the volley library included.
