Connection to SFTP

Question

Hi,

 

I am try to connect to sftp server hosted in local machine.

Whenever i am trying to connect it through windows or web project, it is giving me an error,

called:

"Socket read operation has timed out" 

is it code error or any changes in SFTP server settings.
