Constructing classes.

I'm learning alone at home & need a little help with constructing classes. The problem is because of my inexperience, and as such I don't have any ideas or such to come up with a simple, but suitable project that uses classes. Would you believe I paid several thousand pounds to do this course & all I have is books that I could have bought from Amazon...no set assignments to check my progress, no online assessments, and know projects to do. Just read the book, do the examples, & if you have any problems contact a tutor via the appropriate forum. This I've done, three times & recieved no reply! Please help if you can as I'm so very keen to learn programming in C#. Many thanks.

Hi Devin, many thanks for you kind & thoughtful help. I think perhaps my main problem with classes & such is my lack of examples to work with...I'm the sort of guy who not only needs something explained, but also to see it working again, and again for it to really sink in. This is something I feel the text books fail to do...just a simple example of instantiating an object that references a particular class isn't enough for me...I need examples (and plenty of them :-)), ideas to create my own projects with multiple classes, etc. I feel like I'm complaining here, but honestly, I'm not. I'm just a slow learner...very slow! But again, many,many thanks for your kindness. BTW, I was given the following website address which I've found to be an excellent source for the sort of examples & such that I'm looking for, it is www.functionx.com/csharp/

Hey the forums were being odd yesterday and didn't let me post any reply's. Can you let me know how much you know about C# because this deals with a little bit of background knowledge like functions and variables. I can rewrite my example to fit your needs just let me know what you need.

Thanks, Devin. There was no particular question as such. Just that I would like some guidance as to constructing classes. I can't think of any simple project I could do that uses classes...I've no experience at all, only what I've learned from books at home. Could you give me some project ideas & how I should go about them? It would be greatly appreciated if you could. I hope I've made my-self clear here. Once again, thank you for your kind reply.
