control classes in csharp

can you tell me about how we can indentify and make control class in c#? in the below, i mention my db's tables:

1>patient info.
2>doctor
3> patient visit
4> patient visit treatment
5> treatment
6> medicine
7>medicine type
8> patient visit medicine
9>visit bill
10>surgery
11>surgery types
12>patient surgery
13>glasses
14>stock of frames
15>other bills
16>medicine stock
17>unit of measurement
18> register empolyee

note:
i am making "eye information management system"..

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM sir ;

The situation is , i am making a project. in this , i used asp.net on front side and for programming point of view i used csharp. And for database , i used sql server 2000. actually, this is a database application, i am doing step by step work on this project. first i made er-diagram , second i made class diagram . In the class diagram , i want to mention entity,control and boundary class. the second reason is, i donot write code in the back of the button. i want to make control class and the method of control class call in the back of the button. so this is a reason i want to learn indentify and implementation of control classes. because, this is a good programming practice.
