Controls on the Left and Forms on the Right in Single Form

Question

Hi There,

 

i am looking for a way i can have the Buttons on the Left and related Forms to be displayed within the Same Single form (Similar to Flat UI) with out using Bunifu. 

 

Have a Single Form and show other forms within that form.
