How to convert this number 34900 to 349.00 and 335100 to 3,351.00 in c#.

Try this.
int number = 335100;
Console.WriteLine(string.Format("{0:##,#.00}", int.Parse(number.ToString().Substring(0, number.ToString().Length - 2))));

Amit Mohanty's solution will work if there are 2 zeros at end. If you have variable number of 0 at end ex:- 1 zero or 4 zero or 9 zero then use this
1. string num= Convert.ToString(yournumber).Insert(yournumber.ToString().IndexOf("0"),".");
2. decimal number=Convert.ToDecimal(num);
