Convert CSV to XML in Azure Logic apps

Hi,

I was trying to convert a csv file to XML in logic apps as POC. But not getting a proper document in internet regarding the same.

Got one http://blogs.recneps.org/post/Processing-a-flat-file-with-Azure-Logic-Apps saying to create using Azure function. But here the info is not in the proper way.

Can anyone please help me out for the same?
