Convert HTML to Excel in c#.net

Hi,

 I would like to convert HTML file to Excel. user will give input as HTML URL and I have to covert it to  EXCEL file 

, save HTML and  EXCEL files in specified location.
 
Would like to do it in c#.net (winform)  if this is not possible pls suggest in asp.net :)
