Convert object into Byte[]

Hi, Pls anyone can help me how to convert object into byte[]. I'm storing the byte[] into hashtable and while retirving i'm getting as object and trying to assign into Byte[] back. Thanks, Santhi

That should work. I tested it with this code and the before and after are equal. private void button6_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e) { byte[] b = new byte[10]; for (int j=0; j< b.Length; j++) { b[j] = (byte) (j & 0xFF); } System.Object o; o = (System.Object) b; byte[] c; c = (byte[]) o; Boolean areequal = true; if (c.Length == b.Length) { for (int j=0; j

What about cast (not tested)? myBytes=(Byte[])objFromHashTable;
