strarr[]={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18}

row=6

col=3

deimal[,] strArr1=new decimal[row,col] ;

then this array should be converted in to two dimensional as row and column given.

strArr1[,] should be like this

1 2 3

4 5 6

7 8 9

10 11 12

13 14 15

16 17 18

Hi Bikesh,
i have one project and this is one of the requirement of it.
I have result array strArr is get from database.
I have generated dynamically textbox in two dimension.and i want to textboxt text as strArr text.

decimal strArr={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8} //vary between 1 to n
and i want to display it in two dimensional textbox(Array).
i have two variable
row=4 // vary betn 1 to n
col=2 //col=1,2,3...n
accordingly strArr1 should be create
strArr1={[1,2],[3,4],[5,6],[7,8]}

Try with below code:
int[] strarr = { 1, 2, 3,
                    4, 5, 6,
                    7, 8, 9,
                    10, 11, 12,
                    13, 14, 15,
                    16, 17, 18 };
int[,] strArr1 = new int[6, 3];
int counterTemp = 0;

for (int x = 0; x < strArr1.GetLength(0); x += 1)
{
    for (int y = 0; y < strArr1.GetLength(1); y += 1)
    {
        strArr1[x, y] = strarr[x + y + counterTemp];

        Console.Write(strArr1[x, y]);
    }
    counterTemp += 2;
}

Actually just i want know why you want do like this ,
please tell me scenario so that i can give alternate way.
