copy from tableA to TableB in diferents Data Bases in POSTGRES

Hi,

I would like to copy one "TABLEA" in DATABASE 1 (PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT) to "TABLEB" in DATASE 2 (DEV ENVIROMENT)

So i want to have a mirror from that Table.

Though, what do you expect will changes in dev do? And keep in mind, that developers usually don't have to have access on personal data.
