Couldn't get Name of Webcam in Combo Box

Here i generate a form in asp.net for webcam, and this are all the controls(Picture Box, Combo Box, Buttons) were add in my form, but when i run this form i couldn't get Name of Webcam in Combo Box, help me guys to find out the solution.,
