creating setup on windows based project

hello sir i want create setup of my window based project when i create my setup it only work on my system which system i create project .i using visual 2010 and sql want to create setup and install other system .it show some error network related plese suggest me

i mention using sql and vs 2010 . that link you provide not give a demo according to question and have not attached any database there
