create a tab

I am creating a web browser, but i would like to know how to allow the user to add tabs etc.

Could someone put a code reference or a snippet to help!

Try using Spy++ to determine what class IE uses; I can't since I don't use tabs. Also look at the tab control. There are many articles about the tab control in this web site and in the MSDN.
