create a table with desired colors of cells and data

Hi,

I want to create a table or looks similar based on the input number of rows and columns,
like if 2,2 there are 4 cells one or more by condition I need to fill with desired color and a desired number in the cell.

eg: A table with 3 rows and 2 columns and for each row should have 0 number and same color except 2nd row 2nd column it should fill with different color and number 99.

I am searching for direction to start using java script plugins.
If I can get any suggestions from you flocks, that would be very helpful.
