Create Image Editor in c# like windows Ac Dc software ??

1- my question is that, how can i create image editor like as windows ac dc control ??

2- my second question is that, i have create an application which have image rotating and zooming and panning and printing features, now i want to apply any stamp on image during printing ,,  how can i make it possible ,,  ??
