Create Program to set an expiry of any uploaded content

i have created one website for advertisement but when user upload images to my site i want to expiry on particular time for ex 30, 60, 90 days but i dont know how to perform that task and i m new in the asp.net i have started 2 months ago so please help me in this problem. i have make this website in c# asp.net thanks and regards paras solanki

Hi Paras, ASP.NET You need to implement upload image file and store files in directory. And also store expiry date in database. Windows Service In second phase you need to create a service which will run daily to check expiry date.

Hi Paras, I am giving you couple of solutions: Solution 1: When a user upload image to server - store the expiry date(as per your policy 30,60,90 days) for that image in database. Create a windows service which will run daily basis(once in a day) which will all the records to expiry from database. It will check system today date with database expiry date for image. If it matches then delete the file or what ever you want. This logic you need to implement in windows service. Assume that images are user specific(it helps only image are user specific otherwise not a feasible solution). Before displaying image to user you need to check the database expiry date - if it matches with server current date then you display alert message or image expired message.
