If we create setup file Universal Window app in Visual Studio 2015 .

After Install Client Machine setup then we need any Framework....??

.Net framework is primarily runs on Microsoft Windows whereas UWP targets the devices rather than OS

There is no need to install .Net Framework for UWP, developers only have to concentrate on the device he want to target.

But someone tell me IF we use Universal Window app for create Setup

We don't Need Any Framework in cline machine

IWP is slightly different than classic desktop applications, you need either an web installer or publish your app on the windows store. Read the complete steps for publishing yoir app https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/packaging/packaging-uwp-apps

Yes If in your Client machine.Net Framworrk Not installed and your application requires any .Net Framworrk such as 2.0, 4.5 and etc to run your created application So You need to Install .Net Framworrk in Client machine.

In additionally if you are using any report then it also need to install Report Viewar Runtime to your client's system.
