Create Win form Application Setup File,Install but not start

Question

I have develop a win form application setup(EXE) by using  installshield limited edition  in visual studio 2012.setup was created and install successfully but on opening(runing either by run as administrator)

application is not running as well no error message will appear  and using  windows 8 as OS. Please direct me.
