Jignesh is correct.

Any radio buttons inside of a container like a group box will automatically uncheck when another is checked. You can have multiple group boxed radio buttons that won't interfere with each other because the group box container acts like a border protecting its own radio buttons from different radio button clicks inside different group boxes.

Hi,

In window application if we want to create radio button group. please follow this steps

Go to Container under toolbox
select groupbox
go to common controller
select radio button depend on requirement how many you want.
