Creating NTX index files for DBF files with xBaseEngineRFV.zip

Hello from the following link  at your sitec-sharpcorner-dor-com_article_xbase-engine-for-C-Sharp-and-VB-Net_/?utm_source=chatgpt.com/download/xBaseEngineRFV.zip  it is supposed that the file xBaseEngineRFV.zip will be downloaded if one is registered, but after I press the file's link for downloading it, NOTHING HAPPENS.
