Cross platform Android and windows both execute same time???

Cross platform portable code sharing a code for another platform but i should be execute same time output platform from windows and Android i have android mobile so no problem but i didn't have a windows mobile further windows emulator kept on output at the same time executed with android and windows please any one tell me this quest?????
