I do not see that box at all in the preview tab. Is the checkbox somewhere else

May be that data is previous data saved in report. To clear it, open crystal report design then go to Report Preview tab. In preview there is check box 'Save data in report' on upper left corner. Uncheck that checkbox and save report.
