Crystal Report with Mailing Label not working properply.

Question

Hi Members,

 

I am developing an applicantion in C# WinApp with ACCESSS database.

 

there is a ComboBox with cities and after selecting a city, the records of all employees from the selected city displays in a CheckedListBox. Now I want to print all the employees name and address as mail label in a Crystal Report but, my problems are...

1. Only the last employee name and address appears on CrystalReport.

2. It displays all the number of records of the data table with only one name.

3. All city displays in the report with all states but in different order.

 

Confusing... for me too. Please see the screen shots... I tryed to describe everything in the screen shots but anything else you want to know please let me know.
