Crystal reports exported to PDF create extra space in words

Question

I have set the crystal report Text Object alignment Horizontal Alignment "Justified".

 

But when it is exported in PDF extra spaces create between words.

 

It looks fine in crystal report.I am using crystal reports Version=13.0.3500.0, Visual Studio 2015 in web application.

 

I have seen that if we do left alignment it works fine but for top justified its creating extra space.

 

kindly suggest how can we solve this for justified alignment?
