You need to add a reference to the CrystalDecisions.Web and on your page add a line similar to the following

<%@ Register assembly="CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304" namespace="CrystalDecisions.Web" tagprefix="CR" %>

runat="server"
AutoDataBind="true" />

You can also add it to your toolbox and just drop it on your page.
