Dash board in sharepoint

Hi All,

 

can anyone help me with dash board creation in sharepoint 2013 or 2016?

 

if any one having any previous dashboard examples with code please share.

i can try to modify it as per my requirement.

 

that dashboard should upload files to sharepoint document library and it should also need data filtering from splist.
