Data Grid - Selecteer 100000 records

Hy,

I have a data grid that needs to get 100000 records from my database, bud this taks about 20 to 30 seconds. How can i solve dis problem.

sql server 2000
C#
Visual Studio 2005

But when I use a top 10k its take more time to load then when I get only 100k

I want it in difrent page's but limit (like mysql) dos nog work.

I don't see any reason why you should get all 100K record once. You probably be better off getting 5K or 10K chunks (may be smaller) depending on your application and use DataGrid paging.
