1) Insert INTO Defect_Item ( Serialno, ItemName,SLN_no,WarrantyDate,Jobno)
Values( Obj.Serial_no, Obj.Item_Name, Obj.SLN_No,Obj.Warranty_Date,Obj.Job_no )
2) Check if any Error is raising while inserting.
3) then pass Manual Value to your Insert and Check if this working Properly if it is then you have Error in passing Values .
