You cannot use && operator here. You should write code like below -

DataView dv = new DataView(myTable);

dv.RowFilter = (("Name='" + ddllicense.SelectedItem.Text + "' and Date >= #" + Calendar1.SelectedDate + "# AND Date <= #" + Calendar2.SelectedDate + "#"));

operator '&&' cannot be applied to operands of type string.

I tried this but it showing error.
