2 computers transfer data/query one send to other and a 3rd computer try to hack their data.our prjct is to secure the sending query. we secure data by giving password or key to both systems

See the System.Security.Cryptography Namespace and Cryptographic Services. That is for cryptography in .Net. There are many articles and samples you can find about cryptography. If you need something that does not use .Net, then you can look in the MSDN or let us know you need help finding that.
