DataGrid Binding Problem

Hi

I am using databinding with datagrid and using custom columns and ,there are three calumns and two are simple text data and in one i want to put image controll
but image controll is not putting is it possoble can any one help me...?

                d.Image = new BitmapImage(new Uri("Images/emp1image.jpg", UriKind.Relative));

                listan1.Add(d);
            }
            mydatagrid.ItemsSource = listan1;

}

public class Itemdata
        {
            public BitmapImage Image { get; set; }
            public string Name { get; set; }
            public string Address { get; set; }
        }
