Datagrid column problem

I had the same problem and fixed it by changing the cell's tablestyle readonly property to false right before I refresh it with new data. Seems to end the weird edit mode it gets stuck in when using readonly columns. I have done that already, but it's the same, clear the dataSource or put it to null has the same efect. Thanks for your help.

May be try to clear dataset/datatable used in DataSource instead of setting null.

I tryed the refresh() but it did not works, the others propositions I didn't try. I resolved the problem with a simulated mouseclick on datagrid rowheader, I saw an example in this URL: http://www.syncfusion.com/FAQ/WinForms/FAQ_c44c.asp#q875q With this click there is no cell selected and it solves the problem. But this is a bug of the framework .NET? Or i'm doing something wrong? Very strange bug. I use datgrid since three years but I didn't seen it up to now. Try to repair it. Some propostions: - simple Refresh(); - repaint background - override object and add repainting background to clearing data source (not tested)

The server had some problems but now it's ok. Try to see the picture again please, it's the best way to see the problem. The problem is that if clear the dataSource of the datagrid, when a cell of a readonly column is selected, this cell (with the gray background) reamains painted, when the rest had correctly disapear. It's a bug of datagrid?? Thanks
