dataset row filtering is not hapening in my gridview

i am using the asp:SqlDataSource in the aspx page and how can i pass the filtering conditions in sqldatasourse is it possible to do this

i did it, please found my code below,

conn.Open();

SqlDataAdapter sqlada = new SqlDataAdapter(cmd);

sqlada.Fill(ds);

GridView1.EmptyDataText = " ";

GridView1.DataBind();

You need to call the DataBind() method again after providing the filter data source to the gridview as shown below.
