Hello Syed,
you can use the following code to get the new, edit and delete buttons on your table.
oTable = $('#example').DataTable( {
    aButtons: [
        { sExtends: 'editor_create', editor: editor },
        { sExtends: 'editor_edit', editor: editor },
        { sExtends: 'editor_remove', editor: editor }, ]
    }
} );
