  @Suraj I tried that way also but the format still not stable and changes its format.

  I want to say you that the format is needed to change in report not on the actual query. As in report you have to only view the data. After changing the type the data will be same. Any reason you don't want to convert date? I have also show you the second option to add a blank string to that data at the beginning and end.

   

  You need to only apply formula at the design time.

  thanks for your reply, actually we cannot convert the format to varchar because the date is fetched from the database and when we do that we don't have the command to change the format. 

   

  As mentioned, in report it is showing as per system settings, this only happens when the report gets exported to either pdf, word or excel

  Try with this format to your date field. Keep your data type as varchar and in textbox expression 

  1. =cstr(Fields!Expr1.Value)  

  You can also try this

  1. = ""+Fields!YourFieldName.Value + ""
