Date TIme in web application

If i understand you correctly, you want to save the client's time, not the server's time. If so, you can go with javascript like below:

 

var d = new Date(); // for now 

d.getHours(); // => 9 

d.getMinutes(); // =>  30 

d.getSeconds(); // => 51

This is not possible with server side code. But you can achieve using Javascript . Call the javascript method from your code behind . In the aspx file write the java script method which gets the current client time and you can set it to a hidden field or so in the same function :
