DateTime' does not exist in the type 'System'

Hi Nilesh Shah, thanks for your reply, i got the answer, actually i had one model name is System as well as am using the using system namespace so that it's show's the error has "datetime doesn't exist in the type system.... and sorry i didn't give proper input about errror..
