deploying C# windows application with microsoft access database

Question

Hello,
I am having trouble deploying a C# microsoft windows app from ( both visual studio express or full version ( 2008) w/microsoft access (2007).

I deploy program but database is not with it.
I want have database on local server and have about 5 people be able to user form from their desktops.
( my company will not let me install even express version of sql server- so I am forced to be working with microsoft access.)
is there any tutorials - that explain w/msaccess-
( also I created project in full version and now am trying to deploy from pc withi only studio express)
