The issue may be due to memory leak. Try to dispose your each object during execution.

Might be your application is crashed due to some reason. Please check or send error log.

I was also had the same problem a year ago where i was handling GBs of data per minute.

1. Are you retrieving data each time from table ?

2. Are you using datatables to store the retrieved data ?
