Desktop Application for MacOS

Is tgere any tool in .net (c#) to make windows application that runs on windows and mac both?

Thanks for your reply, I had check that link, I had downloaded the .Net Core for Visual Studio 2015 but neither .Net Core template found in my Visual Studio not I found any development for Desktop application in it.
