Develop a multi user windows application

Dear Sirs,

I have a project to start a school management Information system using C# as programming language and sql server as DBMS.

This is my first time to develop a multi user environment application.Have I to develop and just install the database into my server.

Please help with important tips before starting.

Search on google or C# corner site for "school management Information system using C#" you will get lot projects. Donwload them check the code.
